RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD is seeking a clinic front desk assistant to support daily clinic operations in Singapore. You will assist with patient registration, appointments and enquiries, and perform front-desk duties to ensure smooth service delivery.

The role requires good communication and a customer-service mindset, with the ability to work well both independently and in a team within a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum N/O/A level education.
• Healthcare/clinic experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Support the daily operations of the clinic.
• Assist with patient registration, appointments and enquiries.
• Handle basic administrative and documentation duties.
• Support doctors and healthcare staff with clinic operations.
• Assist with payment processing and other front-desk duties where required.
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned.
