The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Clinic Assistant for a Lakeside clinic in Singapore. The role emphasizes front desk duties, patient registration, and supporting the Clinic Manager to ensure smooth operational flow.

You'll perform cashiering and basic clinical support under supervision, maintain inventory, and handle enquiries. Training is provided, and the position operates on a 5.5-day work week with a competitive benefits package.

• Prior experience as clinic assistant will be an advantage.
• Training Provided.

Responsibilities

• To assist the Clinic Manager and ensure operational efficiency of the clinic.
• Perform front desks duties – registering patients, answering phone-calls, dealing with enquiries and assisting doctor's needs.
• Cashiering duties – payment collection, filing relevant claims, bookkeeping.
• Clinical duties – assisting clinical tasks like ECG, nebulizer, dressing, minor surgical procedures, triaging.
• Inventory – Maintain adequate supplies and functionality of consumables, medications, stationery, medical equipment. Stock taking and organization of stock.
• Maintenance of clinic's cleanliness and appearance.
