Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Clinic Assistant to support daily clinic operations at Lakeside MRT, with responsibilities spanning front desk, cashiering, and clinical tasks. The role includes maintaining inventory, ensuring cleanliness, and assisting during ECGs and minor procedures.

Salary ranges from $2,000 to $2,500 per month, with 5.5 working days and shifts that include some evenings and weekends. Training will be provided to the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Prior experience as clinic assistant is an advantage.
• Training provided.

Responsibilities

• Assist Clinic Manager and ensure operational efficiency.
• Perform front desk duties - registering patients, answering phone calls, dealing with inquiries and assisting doctors.
• Cashiering duties - payment collection, filing relevant claims, bookkeeping.
• Clinical duties - ECG, nebulizer, dressing, minor surgical procedures, triaging.
• Inventory - maintain adequate supplies and functionality of consumables, medications, stationery, medical equipment. Stock taking and organization of stock.
• Maintenance of clinic's cleanliness and appearance.
