GOOD MEDICAL CLINIC PTE. LTD. is seeking a Clinic Assistant to support the Clinic Manager or Doctor in daily operations.

You will handle patient registration, triage, and dispensing, while delivering friendly patient service and assisting with minor procedures such as phlebotomy and vaccination. The role involves stock control, cleanliness, data submissions, and close collaboration with medical staff. The position requires prior Clinic Assistant experience in a medical clinic.

Competenze

• Previous experience as Clinic Assistant in a medical clinic.

Mansioni

• Registration of patients, triage and dispensing.
• Customer service for patients.
• Minor procedures like phlebotomy, vaccination.
• Opening and closing of clinic.
• Maintain stock of medications and clinic supplies through stocktake and ordering medications and supplies.
• Ensure cleanliness and general upkeep.

Salary

Monthly base salary $2,600

+ additional 13 month bonus

+ additional performance bonus

Shifts:

9 shifts per week.

Mix of morning (8am - 1pm) or evening (6pm - 10pm) shifts
