The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking a Clinic Assistant to support the Clinic Manager and ensure efficient clinic operations at Lakeside (Jurong West). The role involves front desk duties, cashiering, basic clinical tasks, and inventory management, with a 5.5-day workweek including 1 weekend morning and some evening shifts.

Salary ranges from SGD 2,000 to SGD 2,500 per month, with training provided and on-site work at Lakeside MRT Station.

Qualifications

• Front desk, cashiering and basic clinical support experience preferred.
• Willing to undergo training provided by employer.
• Ability to assist clinics with patient registration, inquiries and documentation.

Responsibilities

• To assist the Clinic Manager and ensure operational efficiency of the clinic.
• Perform front desks duties – registering patients, answering phone-calls, dealing with enquiries and assisting doctor's needs.
• Cashiering duties – payment collection, filing relevant claims, bookkeeping.
• Clinical duties – assisting clinical tasks like ECG, nebulizer, dressing, minor surgical procedures, triaging.
• Inventory – Maintain adequate supplies and functionality of consumables, medications, stationery, medical equipment. Stock taking and organization of stock.
• Maintenance of clinic's cleanliness and appearance.

• Salary: $2000 - $2500
• Working hours: 5.5 Days | Mon – Fri 8.30am to 3pm (Required to support 3 Weekdays nights 6pm to 9pm) + 1 weekend morning. 8.30am to 1pm.
• Working Location: Lakeside MRT Station (Jurong West)
