Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is recruiting a Clinic Assistant for Lakeside location. Salary ranges from $2000 to $2500, with a 5.5 day workweek and shifts including some weekday nights and a weekend morning.

You will support the Clinic Manager, handle front desk duties, cashiering, basic clinical tasks, inventory, and maintain the clinic’s cleanliness and appearance.

Qualifications

• Prior experience as clinic assistant will be an advantage.
• Training Provided.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Clinic Manager and ensure operational efficiency of the clinic.
• Perform front desk duties - register patients, answer phone calls, handle enquiries and assist doctors.
• Handle cashiering duties - payment collection, filing claims, bookkeeping.
• Assist clinical tasks such as ECG, nebulizer, dressing, minor surgical procedures, triaging.
• Manage inventory – maintain supplies, medications, equipment; stock taking and organization.
• Maintain clinic cleanliness and appearance.

Job description

Clinic Assistant
Salary: $2000 - $2500
Working hours: 5.5 Days | Mon - Fri 8.30am to 3pm (Required to support 3 Weekdays nights 6pm to 9pm) + 1 weekend morning. 8.30am to 1pm.
Working Location: Lakeside MRT Station (Jurong West)

Responsibilities:

• To assist the Clinic Manager and ensure operational efficiency of the clinic.
• Perform front desks duties - registering patients, answering phone-calls, dealing with enquiries and assisting doctor's needs.
• Cashiering duties - payment collection, filing relevant claims, bookkeeping.
• Clinical duties - assisting clinical tasks like ECG, nebulizer, dressing, minor surgical procedures, triaging.
• Inventory - Maintain adequate supplies and functionality of consumables, medications, stationery, medical equipment. Stock taking and organization of stock.
• Maintenance of clinic's cleanliness and appearance.
