Job summary

Pinnacle Family Clinic in Singapore is seeking Clinic Assistants to join our growing team. You will handle patient registration, appointment scheduling, and basic clinical tasks under doctor supervision.

The role requires good communication, teamwork, and the ability to work in a fast-paced clinic. Prior experience is preferred, and familiarity with clinic management systems is an advantage. Shifts may include evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Clinic Assistant in a GP setting.
• Able to communicate well with patients and work effectively as part of a team.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced clinic environment and adaptable to shift work.
• Responsible, punctual and service-oriented.
• Familiarity with clinic management systems and TPA processes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Patient registration and queue management.
• Appointment scheduling and handling patient enquiries.
• Dispensing medications according to doctors’ prescriptions.
• Collecting payments and handling cashier duties.
• Processing CHAS, Medisave, insurance and TPA claims where applicable.
• Assisting doctors during consultations and procedures when required.
• Performing basic clinical duties such as taking height, weight, blood pressure and other measurements.
• Assisting with health screening, vaccinations and other clinic services.
• Managing medication and consumable inventory, including stock checks and expiry monitoring.
• Maintaining cleanliness and infection-control standards within the clinic.
• Handling administrative duties, reports and other day-to-day clinic operations.
• Supporting other Pinnacle Family Clinic branches when operationally required.
