Job summary

HOLISTIC CLINIC AND SURGERY PTE. LTD. is looking for a Clinic Assistant to join our Singapore team.

No prior clinic experience is required as comprehensive training will be provided. You will support patient registration, appointments, and cashiering while aiding doctors during consultations and procedures. Ideal candidates are computer-savvy with strong communication and customer service skills, able to work independently or as part of a team, and willing to learn new clinic systems.

Responsibilities

• Register patients and manage queue.
• Handle appointments, calls and inquiries.
• Assist doctors during consultations and procedures.
• Record basic measurements (BP, height, weight).
• Dispense medications per prescriptions.
• Handle cashiering, billing and payments.
• Assist with CHAS, MediSave and TPA/panel claims.
• Maintain patient records and documentation.

Job description

Our clinic is looking for a Clinic Assistant to join our team. No prior clinic experience is required - training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Patient registration and queue management.
• Handle appointments, phone calls and patient enquiries.
• Assist doctors during consultations and procedures when required.
• Take basic measurements such as blood pressure, height and weight.
• Dispense medications according to doctors' prescriptions.
• Handle cashiering, billing and payments.
• Assist with CHAS, MediSave and TPA/panel claims.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
• Check and replenish medications and clinic consumables.
• Maintain cleanliness and readiness of the clinic.
• Support the team with daily clinic operations.

Requirements

• No prior clinic experience required - training will be provided.
• Must be computer savvy and comfortable learning different computer systems.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Responsible, punctual and willing to learn.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must be able to travel between our different clinic locations according to roster and manpower requirements.
• Must be able to work all shift timings.

Working Hours

• 44 hours per week, of which 12 hours must be a weekend.
• Shift timings: 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM | 3:00 PM - 9:00 PM | 9:00 AM - 9:00 PM.
• Shifts are assigned according to the roster.

Salary & Benefits

• Basic Salary: S$2,500 per month if there is no prior experience, negotiable if there is prior clinic assistant experience.
• Mid-Year / Year-End Bonus.
• Bonuses are subject to company and individual performance.
