We are looking for personable applicants to join our team of dedicated Clinic Assistants. Our team emphasizes on providing exceptional patient care to the communities we are serving.

Responsibilities

• Provide frontline service to walk‑in patients, answering phone calls and enquiries
• Perform front desk duties - Register patients, triage, pack, and dispense medications
• Assist Doctors in performing their duties with patients
• Perform simple procedures on patients e.g. ECG, Nebulisation
• Top up stock / assist with stock-keeping in clinic

Criteria / Requirements

• Interested in healthcare / patient care
• Flexibility to work weekends and Public Holidays
• Computer‑Literate
• Diploma / Degree Preferred
• Minimum 2 years Clinic Experience in a GP clinic setting
• Able to multitask and work in a fast‑paced environment
• Team player with good interpersonal skills
• Able to work flexible shift hours and locations
• Relevant healthcare‑related qualifications / experience is a bonus and will positively impact starting pay

Clinic hours are generally 7am - 1pm and 6pm - 11pm.
