BOND FAMILY CLINIC PRIVATE LIMITED in Singapore is seeking a part-time Clinic Assistant to join our GP/Family Medicine clinic team. The role involves patient registration, queue management, and front-desk duties, with focus on reliable, patient-facing service.

Prior clinic experience is preferred and regular shifts are required. The candidate will handle calls and messages, assist with appointments, dispensing, and basic clinic procedures, while supporting claim processing and clinic operations.

Qualifications

• Prior GP/Family Medicine clinic experience preferred.

• Able to commit to regular fixed shifts.

Responsibilities

• Patient registration and queue management
• Handling phone calls, WhatsApp messages and patient enquiries
• Scheduling appointments and follow-up visits
• Dispensing medication accurately
• Assisting the doctor during clinic sessions when required
• Processing CHAS, Medisave, TPA and other clinic claims
• Assisting with basic clinic procedures such as ECG and nebuliser treatment
• Managing payment collection and basic administrative duties
• Keeping the clinic area clean, organized and ready for operations
• Supporting smooth clinic flow and providing good patient service

Regular Part-Time Clinic Assistant Wanted

We are looking for a committed and reliable Part-Time Clinic Assistant to join our GP / Family Medicine clinic team.

This position is suitable for someone who has prior clinic experience and is able to commit to regular shifts. We are looking for a team member who is responsible, punctual, organized, and comfortable working in a patient-facing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Patient registration and queue management
• Handling phone calls, WhatsApp messages and patient enquiries
• Scheduling appointments and follow-up visits
• Dispensing medication accurately
• Assisting the doctor during clinic sessions when required

Requirements

Clinic Operating Hours

• Monday to Friday: 8.30am - 1.30pm / 6.30pm - 9.30pm
• Saturday: 9.00am - 1.00pm
• Sunday: 6.00pm - 9.00pm

Pay

$10 - $15 per hour, depending on experience, availability and suitability.

Applicants with relevant clinic experience and regular availability will be preferred.
