Job summary

PANCARE MEDICAL CLINIC PTE. LTD. is hiring a clinic assistant to support patient registrations, assist doctors, and manage daily clinic operations. You will handle patient categories, help with ECGs and health checks, and ensure a smooth patient experience.

The role requires a friendly, responsible individual with good communication, basic computer skills, and willingness to work weekends/public holidays across multiple clinic locations.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or front desk is preferred.
• Willing to travel to other clinics when required.
• Able to work weekends and public holidays.
• Full-time position available.

Responsibilities

• Assist to register patients under private, CHAS, Medisave, or insurance categories.
• Assist doctors in ECG, surgical procedures, and health examinations.
• Pack medications and explain dosing to patients.
• Collect payments or submit claims for CHAS/Medisave/insurance patients.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the clinic and restock supplies.
• Administrative tasks like invoicing, mailbox checks, and claims.
• Support marketing/communication campaigns or projects.

Job description

• Assist to register patients under the different categories of private, CHAS, Medisave, or insurance patients
• Assist the doctors in procedures such as ECG, surgical procedures, and health examinations
• Assist to pack medications according to what was dispensed and explain to patients how to take their medications
• Assist to collect payment or submit claims for CHAS/Medisave/insurance patients
• Maintain the cleanliness of the clinic
• Clean, organize, and replenish items such as alcohol swabs, plasters, syringes, gloves, etc. in the doctor’s room. Ensure equipment is working properly
• Able to check and reply to emails promptly
• Assist in administrative work such as keying of invoices, checking of mailboxes, and claims
• Housekeeping to ensure the clinic is neat and tidy. Replenish items when running low
• Secondary duties include aiding the clinic’s marketing/advertising/communication campaigns or projects
• Any other duties and conduct that are reasonably expected of a clinic assistant in a medical clinic
