Job summary

Width is seeking a Client Management Specialist in Singapore to support onboarding, platform setup, implementation and UAT. You will be the primary point of contact for client inquiries and operational issues, troubleshooting with technical teams to ensure timely resolutions.

You will also nurture client relationships, drive product adoption and support renewals, invoicing and CRM updates while collaborating with Sales, Product, Technology and Finance to deliver a seamless client experience.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Business, IT or related field.
• Fresh graduates welcome; experience in Client Management, SaaS, FinTech or RegTech is an advantage.
• Good command of English and Mandarin, both written and spoken.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills with a client-oriented mindset.
• Proactive, responsible, detail-oriented and able to multitask effectively.
• Tech-savvy, adaptable and willing to learn new software platforms.
• Able to work independently and collaborate across teams.
• Familiarity with CRM or ticketing systems is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Support client onboarding, platform setup, implementation, training and UAT.
• Serve as the main point of contact for client enquiries, service requests and operational issues.
• Troubleshoot platform issues and coordinate with technical teams for timely resolution.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction, engagement and retention.
• Monitor client feedback, identify improvement opportunities and support product adoption.
• Assist with renewals, subscription management, invoicing and payment coordination.
• Maintain client records, CRM updates, support tickets and documentation.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Technology and Finance for a seamless client experience.
• Support continuous improvement of client management processes and service quality.
