VIP CONSULTANCY PTE. LTD. is seeking a Client Success/Management professional in Singapore to support onboarding, training, and ongoing client engagement for our SaaS platform.

You will be the primary contact for inquiries and issues, coordinating with technical teams to ensure timely resolutions and high client satisfaction. Responsibilities

• Support client onboarding, platform setup, implementation, training and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Serve as the main point of contact for client enquiries, service requests and operational issues.
• Troubleshoot basic platform issues and coordinate with technical teams to ensure timely resolution.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction, engagement and retention.
• Monitor client feedback, identify improvement opportunities and support product adoption.
• Assist with account renewals, subscription management, invoicing and payment coordination.
• Maintain accurate client records, CRM updates, support tickets and relevant documentation.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Technology and Finance teams to deliver a seamless client experience.
• Support continuous improvement of client management processes and service quality.
