Job summary

Oneness M&C Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking an IT Support professional to manage the full onboarding lifecycle for customers, from lead follow-up to installation and system implementation.

You will provide product training and either on-site or remote assistance during deployment, troubleshoot issues with the development team, and work with product and support teams to enhance usability based on customer feedback.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in IT Support, Technical Support, POS Support, System Implementation or a related field.
• Strong customer service and communication skills, with a proactive and responsible approach to problem-solving.
• Comfortable communicating with customers in both English and Chinese.
• Experience with POS systems, F&B, retail or payment solutions will be an advantage.
• Able to work independently while collaborating effectively with internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end customer onboarding process, including lead follow-up, product demonstrations, quotations, installation and system implementation.
• Provide product training and on-site or remote support to customers during system deployment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely manner, working with the development team on more complex technical matters.
• Monitor and follow up on outstanding customer issues to ensure proper resolution.
• Gather customer feedback and identify recurring issues or improvement areas.
• Work closely with the Product and Development teams to support product enhancements and improve system usability.
