Job summary

Your responsibilities include onboarding new clients, conducting regular check-ins, and advocating for clients' needs. The ideal candidate should hold a degree in IT or similar field, have strong communication skills, and thrive in a customer-facing position.

Qualifications

• Minimum Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Social Science or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of working experience in Project Managing web-related projects is advantageous.
• Proven experience in a customer-facing role within the fast-paced IT industry.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary point of contact for assigned clients.
• Conduct regular check-ins with clients to address any issues.
• Responsible for onboarding new clients and ensuring smooth transition.
• Act as an advocate for clients, ensuring their feedback is acted upon.
