Job summary

Helius Technologies Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Recruitment Manager to oversee client onboarding documentation, data remediation, and stakeholder coordination. You will engage institutional clients by email and phone, follow up on missing items, and ensure timely resolutions to onboarding needs.

You will liaise with custody clients, collaborate with Relationship Managers and internal teams, and manage standing instructions for CDP-linked client transactions where applicable.

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent qualification in Business Administration, Banking, Finance, or related discipline.
• Relevant experience in administrative support, client servicing, banking operations, or documentation management.
• Good communication and follow-up skills to engage institutional clients and internal stakeholders professionally via email and phone.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining records and trackers.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Outlook, and Word.

Responsibilities

• Engage institutional clients via email and phone to obtain outstanding information and documentation required for client onboarding and data remediation.
• Follow up on missing information and documentation, coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of outstanding items.
• Liaise with custody clients to fulfil onboarding requirements, including obtaining client consent and standing instructions.
• Coordinate with Relationship Managers, internal departments, and other stakeholders to facilitate client onboarding and resolve pending issues.
• Follow up with CDP-linked clients to obtain standing instructions for crediting sale proceeds and debiting purchase amounts, where applicable.
