Job summary

BANQUE PICTET & CIE SA SINGAPORE BRANCH seeks a Client Relationship Officer to support and develop B2B client relationships in Asia by combining front-facing relationship management with strong operational and servicing capabilities, with potential future growth to a full CRM role.

This role involves onboarding, payments, cash movements, and data accuracy, plus liaison with Operations, Legal, Compliance, and trading teams to ensure a seamless client experience across Singapore and PAS locations.

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent in Finance, Economics, Business or related field.
• 5–7 years’ experience in a Client Relationship Officer / Client Service / middle-office role in asset servicing, custody, or private banking.
• Knowledge of Avaloq or similar core banking system is an advantage.
• CMFAS / CACS certifications are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex account opening/closing and onboarding with accurate documentation.
• Provide daily operational support including payments, cash movements, securities orders, fund subscriptions/redemptions, and asset transfers.
• Handle client queries and incidents with timely resolution and clear communication.
• Coordinate internal stakeholders to deliver a seamless client experience across Singapore and PAS hubs.
