Qualifications

• 3–6 years of experience in client servicing or account management.
• Willing to work alternately in the office and at the client site (central Singapore).
• Strong communicator with a customer-focused, solution-oriented mindset.
• Meticulous with paperwork, records and CRM or reservation systems.
• Flexible, self-motivated and reliable, and open to constructive feedback.

Responsibilities

• Be the primary point of contact for the client's portfolio, delivering proactive support.
• Handle inbound sales calls, emails and partner portal leads to convert into bookings.
• Build long-term, trust-based relationships with clients and understand housing needs and preferences.
• Present product offerings clearly, negotiate terms and rates, and close opportunities effectively.
• Work closely with assigned clients and internal stakeholders to determine housing requirements and ensure fulfilment.
• Ensure timely response to all inquiries and leads; coordinate with sales, operations and finance to fulfil bookings.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and generate account updates and reports for senior leadership.
• Collaborate with various departments and participate in events to enhance brand visibility.
• Monitor upcoming check-out dates and coordinate with guests, clients and properties regarding extensions.
