• Manage client satisfaction in partnership with partners and Adobe support teams.
• Lead cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions meeting customer requirements.
• Drive creation of internal best practices, templates, and tools for standardizing engagements.
• Identify opportunities to participate in business initiation activities and expand footprint within client organizations.
