Job summary

Recruit Now Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a client servicing professional in Singapore. You will manage client onboarding, act as the main point of contact for assigned clients, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure delivery of services.

You will proactively follow up with clients to address needs, prepare and maintain client-related documents, and build strong relationships to maintain high satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Business, Marketing or related field.
• 1–3 years of client servicing or customer-facing experience.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and relationship management skills.
• Proactive, organised and detail-oriented with good follow-up skills.
• Able to manage multiple client accounts and priorities simultaneously.
• Strong coordination and problem-solving abilities.
• Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering excellent service.

Responsibilities

• Manage client onboarding and provide ongoing support to ensure a smooth and positive client experience
• Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients, handling inquiries and requests promptly and professionally
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of services
• Proactively follow up with clients to address their needs, resolve issues and maintain high satisfaction levels
• Prepare and maintain client-related documents, correspondence and service updates
• Maintain accurate client records and track service progress
• Assist in implementing initiatives to improve client experience and operational efficiency
• Build strong client relationships and ensure consistent service quality
