Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all aspects of client business requirements daily to deliver consistent service levels
• Respond to client enquiries on order status, quotations, and shipping information
• Advise clients on delivery schedules and inventory availability
• Follow up to resolve client issues and ensure satisfaction
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet client requirements and manage expectations
• Prepare and deliver business reports weekly and monthly to management and clients
