Job summary

RECRUIT NOW SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a client-focused professional to manage onboarding and provide ongoing support for a smooth client experience at Venture Drive in Singapore.

You will act as the main contact for assigned clients, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure timely delivery of services while maintaining high satisfaction levels. A diploma or degree in business or marketing is required, with 1–3 years of client servicing experience.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing or related field.
• 1–3 years of client servicing or customer-facing experience in a professional services or corporate services firm.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills.
• Proactive, organized and detail-oriented with good follow-up skills.
• Able to manage multiple client accounts and priorities simultaneously.
• Strong coordination and problem-solving abilities.
• Customer-focused mindset with commitment to excellent service.

Responsibilities

• Manage client onboarding and provide ongoing support for a smooth client experience.
• Act as the main contact for assigned clients and handle inquiries promptly.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely, accurate delivery of services.
• Proactively follow up with clients to address needs and resolve issues.
• Prepare and maintain client-related documents, correspondence and service updates.
• Maintain accurate client records and track service progress.
• Assist in initiatives to improve client experience and operational efficiency.
• Build strong client relationships and ensure consistent service quality.
