Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher required.
• 2 years in retail sales or customer service in luxury/high-end goods or contact center/e-com related activities preferred.
• Strong communication and listening skills; excellent phone etiquette.

Responsabilités

• Provide excellent customer experience via all relevant channels.
• Identify and analyze customers’ issues and propose strategic solutions.
• Process data using systems while following data security policy and escalate when necessary.
• Identify trends in customer satisfaction and implement improvement plans.
• Collaborate with the team to deliver strong after-sales service.
• Adhere to policies and build sustainable relationships with customers.
• Support maintenance and continual improvement of the Quality Management System.
