Job summary

Crane Worldwide Logistics LLC in Singapore seeks a liaison between sales, operations and the customer to ensure processes and procedural requirements are implemented. You will ensure shipments are handled per established procedures, SLA, compliance and specific customer requests, while maintaining high levels of customer service across offices.

Responsibilities include coordinating SOPs/SLA with Sales and Operations, providing daily contact on issues, and reporting accuracy.

Qualifications

• Experience in freight forwarding or logistics preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as liaison between sales, operations and customers for assigned account.
• Ensure shipments follow procedures, SLA, and customer requests.
• Maintain high level of customer service for external and internal clients.
• Coordinate with Sales and Operations to implement customer SOPs and SLA.
• Provide day-to-day contact with customers on operational issues.
• Coordinate customer service across offices and departments.
• Ensure services meet or exceed client requirements.
• Prepare and distribute accurate reports; resolve problems.
