Job summary

Crane Worldwide Logistics (S) Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a logistics professional to support the Operations Manager in daily planning, workload prioritisation and end-to-end shipment execution, ensuring SOPs are followed and operational exceptions are resolved promptly.

The role emphasises SLA/KPI management, cross-functional coordination, governance of SOPs, and data-driven reporting to drive performance, efficiency and customer service.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in freight forwarding, logistics operations, or control tower.
• Strong knowledge of airfreight and multimodal logistics operations.
• Good understanding of SOPs, SLAs, KPIs, and shipment visibility.
• Strong Excel skills including pivot tables and data cleaning.
• Ability to analyse data and translate findings into actions.

Responsibilities

• Operational Planning & Execution – support daily planning and end-to-end shipment execution.
• Performance & SLA Management – monitor KPI performance and coordinate recovery actions.
• Customer & Escalation Management – lead escalations and support customer communications.
• Process Governance & Continuous Improvement – maintain SOPs and drive corrective actions.
• Team & Manager Support – coordinate daily Control Tower activities and guide staff.
• Reporting & Business Analytics – prepare management reports and provide operational insights.
