Job summary
RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD is seeking a skilled Supply Chain Planner to oversee demand forecasting, production planning and inventory optimization across international markets from Singapore. You will translate forecasts into actionable supply plans and collaborate with sales, marketing and production teams.
The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in a related field, 3–5 years in supply chain planning, and strong Excel plus ERP experience.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field such as supply chain, logistics or operations management.
- 3–5 years of hands-on supply chain planning experience is required.
- FMCG, Food & Beverage, Pharmaceutical or Life Sciences exposure preferred.
- Experience with demand and supply planning and ERP/planning systems.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities are essential.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills are required.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage rolling demand forecasts across international markets
- Analyse sales trends, seasonality and promotional activities
- Translate demand forecasts into production and supply plans
- Optimise inventory levels and safety stock across regional markets
- Monitor forecast accuracy and identify supply-demand gaps
- Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Procurement and production teams
- Manage raw material availability and production constraints
- Support S&OP discussions and resolve potential stockout risks
