Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain relationships with key clients and serve as main inquiries contact.
• Coordinate with internal teams to support client requests and projects.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure adequate replenishment and stock.
• Prepare inventory, KPI, and operational reports for monthly reviews.
• Analyse stock and demand data to identify gaps and drive improvements.
• Assist forecasting and supply planning to maintain healthy inventory.
• Monitor slow-moving and excess stock and support inventory control.
• Use ERP systems and Excel to manage material/SKU records and data.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and drive continuous improvement.
