Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks a committed professional to manage key accounts, coordinate with internal teams, and drive program implementations. You will handle stock control, KPI reporting, and forecasting to balance demand and supply for optimal inventory levels.

The role requires a diploma or degree in supply chain or logistics and the ability to start on short notice. ERP experience is advantageous, with emphasis on process improvements and data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• Min Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain Management/ Logistics/ Business.
• Ability to commit start work within short notice period.

Responsibilities

• Develop and foster strong relationship with key account.
• Serve as the key liaison between client and internal departments for requests and issue resolution.
• Take ownership of key account’s new program implementation; engage in initiatives and project discussions; lead and monitor progress.
• Manage, monitor and control stockholding; prepare stockholding and indent reports for monthly reviews.
• Support monthly KPI metrics and perform root cause analysis to improve metrics and reporting; present operational KPI.
• Manage replenishment and inbound inventory per forecast/indent, commercial and stock holding requirements.
• Review materials forecast and execute Supply Plan; analyze key planning parameters to balance inventory and forecast.
• Analyze forecast variance and identify strategies to improve forecasting to minimize variance.
• Analyze demand-supply variance; monitor fulfillment gaps; drive root cause investigation and recovery plans.
• Establish appropriate safety stock levels meeting service levels.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to meet inventory goals.
• Review slow moving items; block inventories per Excess and Obsolescence Policy.
• Effectively use ERP system to manage high number of material SKUs.
• Review work processes and initiate process improvement plans.
