Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD is seeking a logistics support professional to handle daily inbound and outbound shipments from our Tampines HQ in Singapore, with occasional travel to Changi/Tuas for warehouse tasks. Expect coordination, data entry, and invoicing duties in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

You should have at least 1 year of logistics support experience and solid MS Excel skills to manage inventories and reports.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year logistics related support experience.
• Intermediate MS Excel knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Monitor day-to-day shipments inbound and outbound.
• Coordinate and document RTW/RTV processes with vendors and warehouses.
• Process warehouse invoices accurately and timely.
• Prepare inventory reports and perform data analysis.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisor or management.
