Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD is seeking a logistics professional to manage key accounts and oversee inventory planning and replenishment. The role requires liaison between client and internal teams, driving program implementations and ensuring timely reporting.

Candidates should hold a Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain Management/Logistics/Business and be capable of immediate start. Experience with ERP systems and inventory optimization is preferred.

Qualifications

• Min Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain Management/ Logistics/ Business.
• Able to commit start work within a short notice period.

Responsibilities

• Develop and foster strong relationship with key account.
• Serve as liaison between client and internal departments for requests and issue resolution.
• Own key account’s new program implementation; engage in initiative and project discussion; lead and monitor implementation progress.
• Manage stockholding; prepare stockholding and indent reports for monthly reviews.
• Support monthly KPI metrics and perform root cause analysis to improve metrics, timely submission of reports, and present operational KPI.
• Manage replenishment and inbound inventory per forecast or indent, stock holding requirements.
• Review materials forecast and execute Supply Plan; analyze key planning parameters to balance Inventory and Forecast.
• Analyze forecast variance and identify strategies to improve forecasting process.
• Analyze demand-supply variance; monitor fulfillment gaps; drive root cause and recovery plan.
• Establish appropriate safety stock level meeting required service levels.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to meet inventory goals.
• Review slow moving items; block inventories per Excess and Obsolescence Policy.
• Effectively use ERP system to manage high number of material SKUs.
• Review work processes and initiate process improvement plans.
