Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD is seeking a detail-oriented coordinator to support key client accounts and coordinate cross-functional projects in a fast-paced environment. The role involves monitoring inventory, generating KPI reports, and using Excel and ERP systems for data-driven decisions.

You will collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues, assist with forecasting, and drive process improvements across supply chain activities in Singapore.

Qualifications

• Candidate should possess a diploma/degree in supply chain, logistics, business, operations, or related field.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and data handling.
• Good communication and coordination skills with problem-solving ability.
• Detail-oriented and well-organised with a strong willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Support key client accounts and liaise with internal teams to resolve requests and issues.
• Coordinate new projects and programmes, ensuring smooth implementation and follow-up.
• Monitor inventory, stock levels and replenishment to ensure products are available when needed.
• Prepare reports and track monthly KPIs using Excel and ERP systems.
• Analyse inventory, demand and supply data to identify gaps and support solutions.
• Assist with forecasting and supply planning to maintain the right level of stock.
• Monitor excess and slow-moving inventory and support inventory improvement activities.
• Work with different teams to improve processes and operational efficiency.
