Job summary

The role requires at least 2 years in client management or sales support, a Bachelor’s degree, and excellent English communication. Mandarin proficiency is a plus. The position is based in Singapore with a strong focus on stakeholder coordination.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in International Trade, Business Management or Marketing.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in client management, order operations or sales support.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken) as the primary working language.
• Able to work independently and manage stakeholders professionally.
• Singapore Citizen or PR status required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for client order requirements.
• Analyze client inventory and sales plans to confirm periodic orders.
• Coordinate shipment arrangements and drive on-time delivery performance.
• Participate in price communication and negotiations with clients.
• Collaborate with internal teams to formulate quotation strategies and finalize pricing.
• Respond promptly to issues during delivery and liaise with internal teams for solutions.
• Proactively follow up with clients to secure shipping schedules after order confirmation.
• Assist finance in timely account reconciliation and monitor payment progress.
