Job summary

HARTING Technology Group is seeking a Customer Service & Order Fulfilment specialist in Singapore to support inquiry-to-order processes. You will coordinate with local and overseas teams, manage data accuracy, and assist in pricing strategy and customer communication.

The role requires 3+ years in customer service, strong SAP/CRM experience, and fluency in business English to work across global teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 3+ years in Customer Service or order fulfilment.
• Experience with SAP and CRM systems.
• Ability to interpret materials and production schedules.
• Excellent English and collaboration across functions and geographies.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer support from inquiry to order, including basic contract and compliance inquiries.
• Act as intermediary between customers and internal stakeholders to ensure clear communication.
• Handle pre-sales, order amendments, delivery, fulfilment, after-sales, payment/credit, and contractual inquiries.
• Maintain accurate customer master data and support onboarding to portals (e-shop, EDI).
• Assist in escalations, complaints, warranty management, and recalls.
• Collaborate with procurement, production, logistics and overseas teams to ensure timely delivery.
