Job summary

HKM HR Management Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking a client & order management specialist to provide timely support on order information, quotations, and shipping arrangements. You will coordinate delivery schedules and advise on inventory status to meet client requirements with strong analytical and negotiation skills.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Supply Chain and Logistics or equivalent.
• Min 3 years of working experience in client & order management.
• Good time management and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely and professional support to clients by attending to enquiries and requirements relating to order information/status, quotations, shipping arrangements, and other related matters.
• Advise clients on delivery schedules, product availability, and inventory status to ensure their requirements are effectively managed.
• Follow up closely with relevant parties to ensure all client-related problems, issues, and enquiries are resolved promptly and effectively.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including internal departments and relevant stakeholders, to ensure clients’ operational requirements and expectations are consistently met.
