As we scale, we’re building a disciplined client acquisition team and are looking for a hands-on Team Lead to build and run it.

Role Overview

This is a player-coach role focused on results.

You will recruit, train, and manage a small team responsible for first-contact outreach, qualification, and clean handover to sales. This role suits someone who prefers ownership, accountability, and upside over fixed pay.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruit,onboard, and train client acquisition executives
  • Run daily huddles, coaching, and performance check-ins
  • Ensure prospects are properly qualified before handover
  • Coach the team on objection handling and SME conversations
  • Build and refine scripts, SOPs, and follow-up processes
  • Track KPIs and take fast corrective action when results dip
Compensation

This is a performance-based role with uncapped commissions.

You earn through:

  • Commission on successful client acquisitions
  • Override commissions on team performance
  • Performance bonuses for consistent monthly output

There is no fixed base salary.
Earnings scale with results, systems, and team productivity.

Who This Role Is For
