Job summary

AV FACILITIES PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks an experienced Site Operations Manager to oversee daily cleaning schedules, supervise staff, and maintain service quality. The role involves client liaison, safety compliance, and cost control to protect budgets.

You will lead cleaning supervisors, conduct briefings, monitor KPIs, and ensure adherence to SOPs. A strong focus on safety, supplier coordination, and performance appraisal is essential to drive reliable facility services.

Responsibilities

• Site & Operations Oversight: Manage daily and long-term cleaning schedules, deep-cleaning projects, and routine quality-control site inspections.
• Manpower & Team Management: Lead, schedule, and train cleaning supervisors and staff, conduct pre-shift briefings, track attendance, and handle performance appraisals or disciplinary matters.
• Client Relations: Liaise directly with clients to review KPIs, resolve service complaints, and address urgent or emergency cleaning requests.
• Safety & Compliance: Enforce Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) guidelines, proper chemical handling, and adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Inventory & Cost Control: Monitor stock levels of cleaning supplies and equipment, place purchase orders, and assist with site budgeting or P&L reporting.
