AV Facilities Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking a proactive Site Operations Supervisor to oversee daily cleaning programs, supervise staff, and ensure service quality across client sites.

The role requires coordinating with clients on KPIs, managing safety compliance, and controlling inventory and budgets. You will lead a team, implement SOPs, and respond to urgent requests to maintain high cleanliness standards.

Responsabilités

• Site & Operations Oversight: manage cleaning schedules, deep-cleaning projects, and routine quality-control site inspections.
• Manpower & Team Management: lead, schedule, and train cleaning supervisors and staff, conduct pre-shift briefings, track attendance, and handle performance appraisals or disciplinary matters.
• Client Relations: liaise directly with clients to review KPIs, resolve service complaints, and address urgent or emergency cleaning requests.
• Safety & Compliance: enforce Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) guidelines, proper chemical handling, and adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Inventory & Cost Control: monitor stock levels of cleaning supplies and equipment, place purchase orders, and assist with site budgeting or P&L reporting.
