AV Facilities Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Site & Operations Supervisor to oversee daily and long-term cleaning schedules, oversee deep-cleaning projects, and ensure quality-control site inspections on client premises in Singapore.

You will lead and train cleaning supervisors and staff, conduct pre-shift briefings, manage attendance, and address performance issues as needed, while maintaining safety standards and cost controls.

Responsabilités

• Site & Operations Oversight: Manage daily and long-term cleaning schedules, deep-cleaning projects, and routine quality-control site inspections.
• Manpower & Team Management: Lead, schedule, and train cleaning supervisors and staff, conduct pre-shift briefings, track attendance, and handle performance appraisals or disciplinary matters.
• Client Relations: Liaise directly with clients to review KPIs, resolve service complaints, and address urgent or emergency cleaning requests.
• Safety & Compliance: Enforce Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) guidelines, proper chemical handling, and adherence to SOPs.
• Inventory & Cost Control: Monitor stock levels of cleaning supplies and equipment, place purchase orders, and assist with budgeting or P&L reporting.
