Job summary

FUJIE PTE. LTD. is seeking a capable Cleaning Operations Manager to oversee residential, commercial, and common area cleaning across multiple sites in Singapore.

You will lead deployment, scheduling, quality control, and safety initiatives to ensure consistent service delivery. The role requires hands-on supervision of cleaning staff, strong customer service, site inspections, and proactive problem-solving to maintain high standards and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in cleaning or housekeeping operations.
• Experience in supervising and managing cleaning staff.
• Customer service experience.
