Job summary

rmr international private limited is seeking a highly organized Cleaning Operations Manager to oversee cleaning operations across multiple sites in Singapore. You will ensure high cleanliness standards, lead a team, and deliver excellent client satisfaction.

You will coordinate daily operations, perform inspections for quality and safety, manage inventory, and handle staffing, reporting on performance and incidents. A hands-on leader with strong communication is required.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Cleaning Supervisor, Operations Manager, or similar role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
• Ability to multitask and work well under pressure.
• Knowledge of cleaning products, techniques, and health/safety standards.
• Basic computer skills (MS Office, scheduling tools, etc.).
• Able to work flexible hours including weekends/public holidays.
• Possession of a valid driver’s license.
• At least 5 years of experience in cleaning or facilities management with supervisory responsibilities.
