Job summary

LAYAN SITHII PTE. LTD. seeks an experienced Staff Manager to lead cleaning teams, hire, train, and onboard personnel, and ensure daily task execution.

You will create work schedules, monitor performance, and address attendance and conflicts, driving high-quality service across sites.

Overseeing safety, equipment maintenance, inventory, and budgets, you’ll ensure compliance with health regulations while delivering excellent guest experiences.
