• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods to customers or designated locations as scheduled.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle checks, promptly reporting any safety or maintenance concerns.
• Safely load and unload goods to prevent damage, loss, or spoilage.
• Work closely with the warehouse team and other departments to ensure orders are prepared and dispatched correctly.
• Address customer queries related to deliveries in a courteous and professional manner when needed.
• Plan and follow the most efficient delivery routes based on traffic and road conditions.
• Update dispatch immediately on any delays, incidents, or issues encountered during transit.
• Verify completed deliveries to ensure accuracy and proper documentation.
