Job summary

A construction company in Singapore is seeking an experienced civil engineer to coordinate maintenance jobs and prepare cost negotiations. Qualifications

• Must be fully vaccinated (after 14th days of second dose / WHO approved vaccine).
• Minimum 3 years experience in the civil engineering field.
• Ability to travel to job sites around Singapore.

Responsibilities

• Report to the Project Manager.
• Coordinate with clients for maintenance jobs.
• Prepare, submit and negotiate costs.
• Arrange works with workers or subcontractors.
• Prepare completion reports and claims.
