Job summary

A leading engineering firm in Singapore is seeking a Civil Engineer to join their team, focusing on renewable energy projects. The role involves collaborating with consultants, overseeing civil engineering designs, and ensuring compliance with local regulations. Candidates should have a relevant diploma and at least 2 years of experience, with proficiency in engineering software and strong problem-solving skills. Fluency in English and Mandarin is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum ITE/Diploma/Higher Certificate in Civil Engineering or related field.
• At least 2 years of working experience in civil/structural design or consultancy.
• Familiarity with construction processes, local regulations, BCA, and SCDF.
• Possession of a Specialist Diploma in Construction Productivity is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with consultants to develop structural schemes and perform analyses.
• Participate in the design and development of civil engineering aspects.
• Oversee the design and implementation of civil engineering elements.
• Act as a key point of contact for clients and stakeholders.
• Attend project meetings and site visits, providing technical input.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and promote safety.
• Prepare and review technical documentation for accuracy.
