Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Site Engineer in Singapore. The role is office-based at City Hall with future project sites and a 5-day work week (Mon–Fri), 8.30am–5.30pm; occasional Saturday half-days are possible with OT claims.

Your responsibilities include coordinating with consultants and subcontractors, participating in technical meetings, verifying work on site to drawings, and ensuring ISO-ready documentation for project progress.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil & Structural Engineering.
• Must be able to coordinate with consultants and subcontractors.
• Willingness to attend meetings and resolve site issues.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with consultants/subcontractors on shop drawings, samples and method statements and keep involved parties updated on changes.
• Attend project/technical meetings and resolve site issues with owner/consultants to ensure smooth site progress.
• Verify on-site work against approved drawings/specifications and ensure subcontractors rectify non-compliance.
• Resolve site issues with consultants/subcontractors/suppliers ASAP to minimise delays.
• Ensure related documentation is updated for ISO audits.
• Coordinate with safety dept and perform duties within safety framework.
• Assist site management in project planning & coordination.
• Prepare documents for authorities’ submissions for Conquas, RI, TOP etc.

Site Engineer

• Working Days: 5 Days A Week (Monday – Friday), 8.30am to 5.30pm, Saturday may need to work half day depends on project (Can claim OT)
• Office at City Hall, future project
• Salary: $3800 to $5400

Requirement

Job scopes

To coordinate with consultants / subcontractors on the shop drawings / samples / method statements and keep all involved parties updated of the latest changes.

To attend to project / technical meeting and resolve site issues with owner / consultants in order for the site progress to proceed smoothly.

To verify the work done on site are in accordance to the approved drawings / specifications / authority’s requirement and also ensured that the subcontractor carry out rectification for non-compliance.

To resolve site issues with consultants / subcontractor / supplier ASAP in order to minimise delay to the construction progress.

To ensure that the related documentations are updated and ready for ISO audit.

To cooperate with the safety department and carry out the assigned duties within the safety framework.

Assist site management team in project Planning & coordination.

Arrange and prepare documents for authorities’ submission for Conquas, RI, TOP etc.
