Job summary

THE SUPREME HR ADVISORY PTE. LTD. is seeking a Site Engineer to coordinate with consultants and subcontractors on shop drawings, samples and method statements, ensuring the latest changes are communicated.

You will attend meetings, verify work against drawings and specs, drive site progress, and assist with safety documentation and ISO audits. A Bachelor’s degree in Civil & Structure Engineering is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil & Structure Engineering required.
• Experience with coordination of shop drawings and method statements preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with consultants/subcontractors on shop drawings, samples, method statements and update all parties on changes.
• Attend project/technical meetings and resolve site issues with owners/consultants to keep progress on track.
• Verify work on site aligns with approved drawings/specifications and ensure subcontractors rectify non-conformities.
• Resolve site issues with consultants/subcontractors/suppliers promptly to minimise delays.
• Ensure related documentation is updated for ISO audits.
• Coordinate with safety department and perform duties within safety framework.
• Assist site management in project planning and coordination.
• Prepare documents for authorities’ submissions (Conquas, RI, TOP).

Site Engineer

• Working Days: 5 Days A Week (Monday – Friday), 8.30am to 5.30pm, Saturday may need to work half day depends on project (Can claim OT)
• Office at City Hall, future project
• Salary: $3800 to $5400

Job scopes

• To coordinate with consultants / subcontractors on the shop drawings / samples / method statements and keep all involved parties updated of the latest changes.
• To attend to project / technical meeting and resolve site issues with owner / consultants in order for the site progress to proceed smoothly.
• To verify the work done on site are in accordance to the approved drawings / specifications / authority’s requirement and also ensured that the subcontractor carry out rectification for non-compliance.
• To resolve site issues with consultants / subcontractor / supplier ASAP in order to minimise delay to the construction progress.
• To ensure that the related documentations are updated and ready for ISO audit.
• To cooperate with the safety department and carry out the assigned duties within the safety framework.
• Assist site management team in project Planning & coordination.
• Arrange and prepare documents for authorities’ submission for Conquas, RI, TOP etc.
