Job summary

THE SUPREME HR ADVISORY PTE. LTD. is hiring a Site Engineer to oversee civil construction activities at our upcoming City Hall project in Singapore.

You will coordinate with consultants and subcontractors on shop drawings, samples and method statements, ensuring alignment with project requirements. You will attend technical meetings, verify on-site work against drawings and specifications, resolve issues with owners and consultants, and assist the management team with planning, safety and ISO

Qualifications

• Coordinate with consultants/subcontractors on shop drawings, samples and method statements.
• Attend project/technical meetings and resolve site issues with owner/consultants.
• Verify on-site work against drawings/specifications and ensure subcontractors rectify non-compliance.
• Resolve site issues promptly to minimise construction delays.
• Ensure related documentation is ready for ISO audits.
• Cooperate with safety department and follow safety framework.
• Assist site management in planning and coordination.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with consultants/subcontractors on shop drawings, samples and method statements.

• Verify on-site work aligns with drawings and specs; ensure rectifications are completed.
• Resolve site issues quickly with consultants/subcontractors to minimise delays.

• Assist site management with planning and coordination.
• Prepare documents for authorities’ submissions for Conquas, RI, TOP, etc.

Site Engineer

• Working Days: 5 Days A Week (Monday – Friday), 8.30am to 5.30pm, Saturday may need to work half day depends on project (Can claim OT)
• Office at City Hall, future project
• Salary: $3800 to $5400

Requirement

Bachelor's Degree in Civil & Structure Engineering

Job scopes

To coordinate with consultants / subcontractors on the shop drawings / samples / method statements and keep all involved parties updated of the latest changes.

To attend to project / technical meeting and resolve site issues with owner / consultants in order for the site progress to proceed smoothly.

To verify the work done on site are in accordance to the approved drawings / specifications / authority’s requirement and also ensured that the subcontractor carry out rectification for non-compliance.

To resolve site issues with consultants / subcontractor / supplier ASAP in order to minimise delay to the construction progress.

To ensure that the related documentations are updated and ready for ISO audit.

To cooperate with the safety department and carry out the assigned duties within the safety framework.

Assist site management team in project Planning & coordination.

Arrange and prepare documents for authorities’ submission for Conquas, RI, TOP etc.
