Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking a Site Engineer to oversee civil and structural works, coordinating with consultants and subcontractors to ensure progress aligns with drawings and specifications. The role includes attending technical meetings and maintaining ISO-compliant documentation.

Working days are Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pm, with Saturday half-day work possible for OT. Office at City Hall, future project. Salary ranges from SGD 3,800 to SGD 5,400 per month.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil & Structural Engineering required.
• Experience coordinating with consultants/subcontractors preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with consultants/subcontractors on shop drawings, samples, method statements and update all involved parties of changes.
• Attend project/technical meetings and resolve site issues with owner/consultants to keep progress smooth.
• Verify on-site work complies with approved drawings/specifications/authority requirements and ensure subcontractors rectify non-conformities.
• Resolve site issues with consultants/subcontractors/suppliers ASAP to minimise construction delays.
• Ensure related documentation is updated for ISO audits.
• Cooperate with the safety department and perform duties within the safety framework.
• Assist site management in project planning and coordination.
• Arrange and prepare documents for authorities' submissions (Conquas, RI, TOP etc.).

Job scopes

• To coordinate with consultants / subcontractors on the shop drawings / samples / method statements and keep all involved parties updated of the latest changes.
• To attend to project / technical meeting and resolve site issues with owner / consultants in order for the site progress to proceed smoothly.
• To verify the work done on site are in accordance to the approved drawings / specifications / authority's requirement and also ensured that the subcontractor carry out rectification for non-compliance.
• To resolve site issues with consultants / subcontractor / supplier ASAP in order to minimise delay to the construction progress.
• To ensure that the related documentations are updated and ready for ISO audit.
• To cooperate with the safety department and carry out the assigned duties within the safety framework.
• Assist site management team in project Planning & coordination.
• Arrange and prepare documents for authorities' submission for Conquas, RI, TOP etc.
