THE SUPREME HR ADVISORY PTE. LTD. is seeking a Site Engineer in Singapore to coordinate with consultants and ensure site progress aligns with drawings and specifications.

The role involves coordinating with project stakeholders, attending technical meetings, verifying on-site work, and ensuring documentation is ready for ISO audits; 5-day work week; salary 3,800–5,400 SGD per month.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil & Structure Engineering is required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with consultants/subcontractors on shop drawings, samples, and method statements.
• Attend project/technical meetings and resolve site issues with owner/consultants.
• Verify work on site matches approved drawings, specifications, and authority requirements.
• Ensure subcontractors rectify non-conformances.
• Resolve site issues promptly to minimise delays.
• Ensure related documents are updated for ISO audits.
• Cooperate with safety department and follow safety framework.
• Assist site management in project planning and coordination.
• Prepare documents for authorities' submissions (Conquas, RI, TOP).

Site Engineer

• Working Days: 5 Days A Week (Monday - Friday), 8.30am to 5.30pm, Saturday may need to work half day depends on project (Can claim OT)
• Office at City Hall, future project
• Salary: $3800 to $5400

Requirement

Job scopes

To coordinate with consultants / subcontractors on the shop drawings / samples / method statements and keep all involved parties updated of the latest changes.

To attend to project / technical meeting and resolve site issues with owner / consultants in order for the site progress to proceed smoothly.

To verify the work done on site are in accordance to the approved drawings / specifications / authority's requirement and also ensured that the subcontractor carry out rectification for non-compliance.

To resolve site issues with consultants / subcontractor / supplier ASAP in order to minimise delay to the construction progress.

To ensure that the related documentations are updated and ready for ISO audit.

To cooperate with the safety department and carry out the assigned duties within the safety framework.

Assist site management team in project Planning & coordination.

Arrange and prepare documents for authorities' submission for Conquas, RI, TOP etc.
