Job summary

PVH is seeking a Site Engineer for its Singapore operations. The role involves coordinating with consultants and subcontractors, managing shop drawings, and addressing site issues to keep projects on track.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with consultants / subcontractors on shop drawings / samples / method statements and update all involved parties on changes.
• Attend project/technical meetings and resolve site issues with owners/consultants to ensure smooth site progress.
• Verify on-site work aligns with approved drawings/specifications/authority requirements and ensure subcontractors address non-conformities.
• Resolve site issues with consultants/subcontractors/suppliers ASAP to minimise delays in construction progress.
• Maintain documentation for ISO audits.
• Coordinate with the safety department and perform duties within safety framework.
• Assist site management in project planning & coordination.
• Prepare documents for authorities' submissions for Conquas, RI, TOP, etc.

Site Engineer

Working Days: 5 Days A Week (Monday - Friday), 8.30am to 5.30pm, Saturday may need to work half day depends on project (Can claim OT)

Office at City Hall, future project

Salary: $3800 to $5400

Job scopes

• To coordinate with consultants / subcontractors on the shop drawings / samples / method statements and keep all involved parties updated of the latest changes.
• To attend to project / technical meeting and resolve site issues with owner / consultants in order for the site progress to proceed smoothly.
• To verify the work done on site are in accordance to the approved drawings / specifications / authority's requirement and also ensured that the subcontractor carry out rectification for non-compliance.
• To resolve site issues with consultants / subcontractor / supplier ASAP in order to minimise delay to the construction progress.
• To ensure that the related documentations are updated and ready for ISO audit.
• To cooperate with the safety department and carry out the assigned duties within the safety framework.
• Assist site management team in project Planning & coordination.
• Arrange and prepare documents for authorities' submission for Conquas, RI, TOP etc.
